What is food combining?

Certain chemicals when mixed, can produce toxins in the body which can kill. Same is true of different food types yet more gradual.

In 1915, a 40 year old New York Doctor, William Hay, was diagnosed as obese and lethally high blood pressure.

He avoided immediate death by creating a unique food-control system which cured him in months.

He lived onto good age and health until a accident claimed his life at age 74.

Dr Hay's system was that proteins and carbohydrates should not eaten together. This is impossible when a food combines two, however, certain food combine better together than others.

The chemical result of mixing the wrong foods means that after digestion, a buildup of acids in the stomach which the body cannot get rid of.

The Toxic waste is a base for many diseases. Fruit and vegetables eaten by themselves are quickly digested and easy for our bodies for digest.

Other foods are slower for our digestive system to handle and if they are mixed badly can cause problems. Fermented excess carbs cannot be used by healthy tissue, nor putrefied protein. They remain in the body as toxic acids.
